FOSHAN SHUNDE LIANGFENG ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE CO., LTD. is a joint-venture enterprise and has a register capital of 9 million dollars. It was founded in October 1993 and went into operation in April 1994.
The company is located in Honggang road industy developing zone, Daliang street, Shunde district,foshan city, Guangdong, China. It covers an area of 20,000Sqm, including 13,000Sqm of factory building, 4,000Sqm of office Building and 3,000Sqm of residential area.
The company mainly produces home electrical equipment, autombile facilities, information facilities, all kinds of molds and the whole set of air-conditioning (or SKD). The key foreign customers of our company are: MITSUBISHI, HITACHI, PANASONIC, SANYO, TOYOTA, COMPAQ, FUNAI, ILAT and etc. The domestic customers are: MIDEA, HWABAO, GREE, CHANGHONG, JINLING, JIANGYU, XIALANG, SHENBAO and etc.
The company is equipped with 29 sets of 80MJ~1300MM MITSUBSHI INJECTION MACHINE, and professional product lines which have the functions of ultrasonic welding, spray-paint, balance check, silk-screen, bronzing, and assemblage. We can produce different molding products, electrical products and other kind of products. We also have an advanced air-conditioning product line and an automatic packing system, which can meet the needs of producing the whole set of high quality air-conditioning.
We have more than 300 workers and half of them are graduated from technical secondary schools and universities. We adopt the advanced management mode of the foreign companies and implement computerized production and logistics management. Consequently, we established a complete system of quality control. In 1998, we were granted the ISO 9002 Quality Accreditation Certificate from BSI in Britain and in January 2002 we were granted ISO 9001: 2000 version Accreditation Certificate.
